"Your video might include copyrighted material"

"Hello,

We have removed your video entitled "Never Stay Tuned 3 - Bouncy Balls" uploaded at 1:39am March 31st, 2008. We did this because we learned that your video might include copyrighted material owned by a third party, such as a video clip or background audio."
Oooook then... good to know. I wonder who the anal bastard it was who decided to file a complaint.

    Huh? Which part of the video used copyrighted material? soundtrack?

  2. I don't know what's the limit for using someone elses music in a parody, but I think it's 10 seconds, and this clip is 40 seconds long. But really, 40 seconds of a song in a non-commercial video to get a copyright infringement notice?
