Project Offset trailer is from a year old build

The project offset video which was available on the net a few days ago was leaked and the devs seem very angry about the incident. So angry that, they have decided not to even show the video from the newest build of the game.

They confirmed that, the leaked video was from a year old build, very early in development and were in the process of putting things together to release the first official footage from their latest build.

“It has come to our attention that a video we made for internal purposes was leaked and is being spread around. Again, this video was for internal use only and we didn’t intend to release it publically.

We’d like to request that news sites please not post this video”

Project Offset Teaser Site

A new teaser site for Project Offset has crawled itself across the intratubes, and it's speculated that for every 1000 unique visitor it will reveal a new screenshot from this upcoming fantasy crossbreed of a RPG/FPS game. It's nice to get some new updates since there haven't really been any news about it since 2005.

Project Offset (working title)

Project Offset is a fantasy first person shooter game that was being developed by a three man team (they are now five and expanding). The engine itself is programmed from scratch and can be compared with Unreal Engine 3. That's quite impressive for such a small team with only one programmer, although we'll probably have to wait 2-3 years until this baby hits the market.

"The Multiplayer Competition aspect of Project Offset is designed to be fast paced and teamwork dependent. 2 teams are placed in a battle with a set of objectives. The first team to complete their objectives wins the battle. During the course of a battle, a player can choose from five or more character classes. Players will earn experience while playing that they can use to customize and improve their characters, as well as improve their individual rankings.

The number of players per game is expected to range from 8 to 64+, split evenly between the two teams."
