Todays recipe

Ingredients:
Diced bacon, spring onion, mushrooms, chili & paprika creame fraich, tagliatelle (pasta), spices and some raw eggs.

Preparing:
1. Fill a saucepan with water and heat it up, when it starts boiling you take the tagliatelle and puts it in the saucepan, boil it for 8 minutes.

2. Fry the diced bacon in a frying pan until it becomes crispy and spice it with some black pepper.

3. Put the mushrooms in the frying pan and start slicing the spring onion.

4. When both the mushrooms and the bacon has gotten some color, you take the creame fraich and empties it in the frying pan, then take the sliced spring onion and spread it over the creame fraich. Stir it all together and spice it with, curry, paprika and chili.

5. Once the pasta is done and the creame fraich has nicely blended with the spices and bacon, you serve it on a plate with some yolk on top of it.
