Massive Entertainment announced a day ago at Nordic Game 2007, that they wished to increase their number of employees to 300. Being currently at around 110 people, they would need to hire approximetly 200 more.The game industry in Sweden is quite small, and those with experience is currently employed at different companies throughout the country, which means that to find these new recruits they'll have to look for newly graduated game students and train them inhouse.
This is of course good news for all game dev students in Sweden, and it will be interesting to see how Massive will handle such huge amount of new recruits.
