Apparently, two models will be released, both 512MB DDR3. The XT model will have a core clk of 625MHz and memory of 725MHz , The X1900XTX will run at a core of 650MHz and memory of 775MHz.
If the specs are correct, both cards has 48 pipelines and are priced at 629€ and 719€ respectively. Both cards should be available after 24 Jan 2006.

One single Radeon X1900 XTX will require a power supply of atleast 450w. Nvidias response Geforce 7900/G71 won't be released until sometime around March this year, giving ATI a headstart of the competition. We'll have to wait and see how Geforce 7900 and Radeon X1900 will compare with each other.
